Get fit at your own pace, on your own time and enjoy use of the Fitness Center. Our equipment includes: dumbbells/weights, elliptical machines, treadmills, stability balls, recumbent bikes, omni-cycle and a leg & chest press. We are a 55+ facility, so stop by the front desk and check us out! #55+facility

The first Thursday of every month we host a gathering for our area Veterans in the Greens Bistro. Join us for coffee, doughnuts and discussion among other those who have served our country. This event is free and open to all Veterans. We thank you for your service!
