🪲 Auditions Announced for Beetlejuice JR! 🎭

The Paramount Players are thrilled to announce auditions for our upcoming youth production of Beetlejuice JR.! We're looking for a energetic, spirited cast of young performers ready to bring this delightfully strange, hilariously spooky, and surprisingly heartwarming musical to life.

AUDITION DETAILS
• Dates & Times: June 22 at 6:00 pm
• Location: Paramount Theater, 1300 Wi******er Ave, Ashland, KY 41101

WHO WE ARE SEEKING
• Ages: Open to performers ages 8-18
• Roles: All roles are open, including Beetlejuice, Lydia, Barbara, Adam, Delia, Charles, and a high-energy ensemble. We practice inclusive casting and welcome performers of all backgrounds and experience levels.

WHAT TO PREPARE
• Vocal: Prepare a 16-bar to 32-bar audition cut (approx. 30 to 60 seconds) of a song in the style of the show. Up-tempo contemporary musical theater or comedic rock/pop songs are highly encouraged. Bring sheet music in your key; an accompanist will be provided OR you may bring music on your phone that can be blue-toothed or plugged into an auxiliary cord.
• Acting: Be prepared to read short scenes (sides) from the script, which will be provided at the audition.
• Dance: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for the dance component of the audition.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
• Rehearsal Period: Rehearsals will be held on Mondays through Fridays from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
• Tech Week: July 26 - July 30 (Attendance is mandatory).
• Performance Dates: July 31 and August 1

All Paramount Players are invited to join us for a special Meet & Greet with the new PAC, Inc. Board of Directors on TONIGHT from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the 5th Floor Conference Room of the Bellefonte Centre, located at 1000 Ashland Drive, Ashland, KY 41101.

This will be a great opportunity for our Players to connect with the new board, share ideas, and continue building the future of community theatre together.

What an incredible ride The SpongeBob Musical has been! From the first rehearsal to the final bow, this production was filled with energy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. These photos capture just a glimpse of the magic that happened on stage.
