🐝 WE’RE HIRING: WEEKEND PARTY HOST! 🎉

Looking for a little extra income without committing to a traditional workweek?

This could be a great fit for a stay-at-home mom, college student, teacher, or anyone looking to pick up some weekend hours! 💛

Busy Bee is looking for a dependable, friendly, and VERY detail-oriented Weekend Party Host to join our team!

🎈 What you’ll be doing:
• Setting up & hosting birthday parties
• Welcoming and helping our party families
• Keeping parties running smoothly and on schedule
• Resetting rooms between celebrations
• Helping throughout the play space as needed
• Lots of cleaning! 🧹✨

We want to be upfront — cleaning is a MAJOR part of this position. We’re looking for someone who notices the crumbs under the table, fingerprints on the glass, toys that need wiping down, or a bathroom that needs attention without having to be asked.

If you’re the person who can’t walk past a mess without cleaning it… we might be looking for YOU. 😂🙌

🐝 Part-time
📅 Primarily Saturdays & Sundays
🎉 Fun, family-focused environment
💵 Great opportunity for some extra income

You’ll need to be dependable, comfortable around young children, able to work independently, and ready to stay BUSY during your shift!

Our September calendar is here, and we’re so excited for another month of play, coffee, connection, and fun at Busy Bee! 💛

And a little schedule update… 👑😅

Our planned maintenance + renovation closure has officially been POSTPONED until October 12th!

Why? Because apparently this last-minute Queen Bee 🐝👑 ordered some very important renovation supplies just a little too late. 😂📦 Whoops!

The good news? More time to PLAY! 🎉 We’ll be open as usual until our new renovation date.

We are currently AT CAPACITY for our 11AM–1PM session tomorrow, Saturday, August 22nd! 💛

If you already have an 11AM–1PM reservation and would be willing to switch to our 9AM–11AM session, please contact us! We’d love to move a few reservations around and open up additional spots for families hoping to visit.

We have an idea brewing for Busy Bee… and before we make any big changes, we want to hear from YOU! 💛

Did you know we currently have TWO party rooms, but we only use one party room at a time?

We’re considering knocking down the wall to one of our party rooms and expanding our main play space! 🤩

🎉 Birthday parties aren’t going anywhere!
We would still have a dedicated party room for all of our Busy Bee celebrations.

This change would simply allow us to take space that isn’t being fully utilized and turn it into MORE room for your kiddos to play, explore, and potentially add new play features! 🐝✨

That’s it — once these two spots are booked, this weekend is SOLD OUT for private parties! 🎈

Starting in September, Nest & Nourish Pediatric Therapy will be at Busy Bee EVERY THURSDAY hosting Little Sprouts Club! 💛

Each week, their pediatric therapy team will bring fun, intentional activities designed to help little ones learn, explore, build skills and PLAY!

Think:
🌱 Interactive stories
🌱 Sensory exploration
🌱 Fine & gross motor activities
🌱 Simple crafts
🌱 Therapist-led play with pediatric SLPs & OTs

And the best part? It all happens in a relaxed, play-based environment where your little one gets to have FUN while learning.

We’ve loved seeing how much our families enjoy our Nest & Nourish days, so we’re making them a weekly thing! 🙌

🍂🐝 FALL HOURS ARE STARTING A LITTLE EARLY! 🐝🍂

Busy Bee families, we have a small schedule update! 💛

Our Fall Hours were originally scheduled to begin September 1st, but due to staffing availability, we’ll be moving that date up one week.

📅 Fall Hours will now begin Monday, August 24th.

We know many of you plan your weeks around your Busy Bee visits, so we wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible.

As a small business, sometimes we have to adjust as our staffing needs change. Starting our fall schedule a little earlier will allow us to stay properly staffed and continue providing the experience you expect when you visit Busy Bee. 🐝

Thank you for being flexible with us and for continuing to support our little play café. We appreciate our Busy Bee village so much! 💛
