Reading through all the comments reminded me to always be kind and give grace. We truly don’t know, aside from ourselves and our own world, what someone may be going through as well.
I want to hug every single person that commented on this video. Life is hard, friends.
But it’s also beautiful, full, worth living while we move forward and sometimes learn hard lessons within it all. It does get better, especially if we want it to.

If your 2025 was hard, please know you’re not alone and it’s only a chapter in the grand scheme of things. Keep moving forward, hugs and love.

Tears, sleepless nights, writing at the bottom of my favorite mountain on the west coast, sitting at the edge of the ocean watching whales, sitting the middle of an empty apartment with nothing but a bag full of clothes, a 3 year old, and new beginnings. Starting over, and over, and over again.

My heart is in these. The good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly, the wisdom, and the lack there of, and the growth. All of these messy, great, incredible things are laid out on these pages. I hope you love them. I hope you find relevance, I hope you find something that makes you feel something.

I love you. Thank you for loving me, thank you for supporting me.

SURPRISE📖📚 🖊️

Been working so hard on this and I’m so excited to share it with you all!

My poetry series, “Seasons,” will be available very soon and I could cry all the tears.

Four poetry books that I poured my heart and soul into. One book I wrote within 8 weeks and I swear I didn’t leave the same spot until it was complete. Shew, what a trip that was.

Thank you for being here with me, for reading along all these years, for supporting me, loving me, and as always, relating with me. I love you all, and I can’t wait until these are in your hands 🫶🏻😭🥹🖤

Ask anything of me, except to leave you. I know that sometimes, loving me isn’t easy. I go back and forth in my head. Some days, I am as soft as water. And some days, the monster inside of my head wins instead. I’m sorry for throwing myself so far away from you. I used to climb mountains, not carry them.
