This week marks our one-year anniversary at Periscope and I just got on here and say how grateful I am for everyone who has shown up for us.

A lifetime of restaurant work has left me with the realization that itā€™s the people you share time with that matters. Thatā€™s what you end up remembering. Not the food, or the cocktails, or the stress.
