Pathways To Play Pediatric Therapy is growing — and we want YOU to be part of something special!

We are a new pediatric therapy practice in South Asheville, providing Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Behavioral Therapy in a setting that feels anything but clinical.

Our home? We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Asheville — a beloved children’s destination where kids of ALL abilities can play, explore, connect, and be themselves.

At Pathways To Play, we believe therapy works best when children can learn and grow in their natural environment, surrounded by peers, movement, play, and real-life experiences.

We are currently looking for passionate pediatric therapists, including:
• Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
• Occupational Therapists (OTs)
• Physical Therapists (PTs)
• Behavioral Therapists / BCBAs

Our continued goal is for We Rock the Spectrum to remain an inclusive space, where all children are able to play, learn and grow with each other. Learning social skills, empathy, kindness, and enjoyment of differences across the human spectrum is vital to our children’s future.
If we don’t teach our kids how to do this at a young age, if we don’t allow them to play, learn and grow with people who are different from themselves, how will they learn to be comfortable with them? The goal is to learn together, celebrate our differences and understand that all people can benefit from kindness and inclusion.
