To our valued community, It is with a heavy heart that we announce we’re officially cancelling AARC 2021 and will not meet in person. 😞 Please understand that the decision to cancel again was extremely difficult, but based on the data, event host restrictions, and those we’ve sought advice from, we believe this is the best decision for the safety and well being of our valued attendees. We care greatly about all of you and understand that this isn’t the news you’d like to hear. We ask for your understanding and please know we’re 100% committed to making AARC 2022 the best AARC yet.
We know you will undoubtedly have a lot of questions and will will do our best to answer them as quickly as possible. Vendors and artists will be contacted by our vendor coordinator about the possibility of either rolling over their their payment or receiving a refund. People with free tickets to this year’s event will be allowed to roll over to 2022. Please let us know if you have any questions. The fastest way to get a response is to send a direct message on Facebook or Instagram, but additional contact info is provided on our website. We’ve discussed the idea of doing some sort of virtual event, and would be open to hearing your thoughts and experiences with those. Thank you.
