The ACT Associate Board is a group of 25 emerging professionals, ages 21-40, who want to grow their skills, be part of a thriving legacy organization, build meaningful connections, and make a difference in their community.

Members gain hands-on experience in leadership, event planning, fundraising, and non-profit service while working alongside ACT staff, board members, and fellow young professionals. Together, they will play an active role in shaping the next generation of leadership at Asheville Community Theatre and in Western North Carolina.
