The cat's out of the bag--The Botticelli Babes are hitting the road in 2024! The Botticelli Babes have been hard at work bringing the stories of history's most infamous women to audiences everywhere, and we are so excited to be featured at the Atlanta Fringe Festival this June! As we all know, getting any show off the ground is no easy endeavor, and we're asking for your help to get the Botticelli Babes experience onto our largest stage yet.
Here's a breakdown of where your donation would go:
The Atlanta Fringe Festival requires performers to pay a $300 production fee (due February 12th, or we lose our spot in the lineup).
We also need to raise funds for travel expenses (gas, lodging, food, etc.) and our own production costs (lights, sound, paying our crew members, hauling merchandise, etc.). We estimate these costs at around $300 as well.
Your donation would go first to the ATL Festival's fee, as it is the most immediate cost, and then any and all funds following that will be used for travel and production expenses.
We know that it's a big ask, but your support is absolutely invaluable. We have big plans for our show, and we know that in opening it up to wider audiences, it has potential to create an important impact on how society tells the stories of women throughout history and now.
We are so appreciative of your ongoing support for the art that we create and the stories that we tell, and we look forward to being able to expand our show to new locations and audiences!
