Dogged Utopia is excited to announce that we are adding the beautiful and moving musical, Falsettos by William Finn and James Lapine, to our 2026 Fall lineup.

We are looking to fill several roles in the show:

Trina: Female-identifying, 30s-40s. Mezzo with strong mix. Neurotic, funny, emotionally complex.
​
Mendel: Male-identifying, 30s-50s. Tenor/baritenor. Marvin and Trina’s therapist; warm, quirky, grounded.
​
Charlotte: Female-identifying, 30s-50s. Alto/mezzo. A doctor; strong, compassionate, dry humor.

We are delighted to announce the cast of our next musical, THE DOLLS OF NEW ALBION: A STEAMPUNK OPERA.

This musical follows four generations of the McAlistair family in the fictional city of New Albion, where teenagers commit grand theft with a mouse named Sam, alchemists craft pearls from young girls’ dreams and Annabel McAlistair brings back her dead love’s soul and places it into a mechanical doll, never once suspecting the events this action would put in motion.

Show Dates are April 16 - 26, 2026 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm; Sunday at 2:30pm)
