THIS IS AN EPIC FLYER

Back in the day PUNK ROCK was about being a little s**t against the racist fascist f***s (it still is), and we didn't care about shocking the s**t out of the sheep minds. Inside the Ashville WNC area back in the 90's when this flyer was made Billy Franklin Graham was the next best thing from Jesus, and I can only imagine the people that got their panties in a wad over this flyer. The Beacon st. music hall where the show was being played at was inside the same small town of the Billy Graham center, and hopefully they hung some up at the Billy Graham center...

Does anyone remember the " Beacon St" music hall? Where there are a lot of Punk shows at this music hall? Does anyone have pictures?

One of the goals for Punkfest is sharing the history of the Asheville Punk Rock scene....Check out these old flyers from the 90's. Can someone share a story in the comments about this time period? Was anyone at this show?........I just love the handwritten font and all the clip art, and I find myself wondering what the inside of each venue looked like? Are these two buildings still standing? What are they today? I have so many questions about Big D's restaurant- Was the food good? What was on the menu? How in the hell did a restaurant let you throw a Punk show? Did anything get fu**ed up?..........These flyers are what fu***ng RAD looks like-...
