đŸ”Ĩ is taking over our Zumba classes!! We're loving the latest drop and can't wait to bring alll the flavor to our playlist.

We offer Zumba classes throughout the week with a variety of instructors, each bringing their own swag and energy. Instructors also get together often to collab so class might just turn into a full blown Zumba party! đŸĒŠ

✅ Bachata Tuesdays have designated instructors for both Next Level and Foundations all month. Both classes start at 7pm: build upon the basics with .vera1 and in Next Level and strengthen your Foundations with and ! Joint Practice Social after class.

✅ Buns & Guns is running a special challenge this month. Get consistent and win free classes! Check out 's page for more info.

✅ Catch Step Cardio with every Wednesday this month! She'll get you dripping sweaty in 45 minutes.

✅ Choreo with is offered bi-weekly this month!

✅ Salsa 301 is on break for the summer. Level up salsa with in 201 and Shines instead!

✅ Special Turn Up Road Trip Class with Maui and guest instructors on Sat June 13th! This is the Asheville stop on a statewide tour. Multiple guest instructors are pulling up for a partyy. Check out 's page for more info.

✅ Another Female Fire Performance Series with starting on June 14! Learn a full choreo in 5 weeks and get performance ready for fun upcoming opportunities!

✅ Fusion Deep Dive with Eleanor .and.tuning on June 18!

✅ Our 4th Annual Hot Girl Summer Dance Party is returning on June 19!!! 7 instructors, hottest tracks, poolside vibes, 90 minutes of funnnn.

✅ Jazz Workshop with newly joined instructor on June 20! It's a fun Britney Spears theme--come check it out!

🎉 Fit City AVL Week was truly uplifting!! What a grand celebration of independent fitness gyms, studios, and professionals all over Asheville.

☀ī¸ We had such a blast bringing the party to the Expo on Saturday. The sun was hotttt but that didn't stop us from dancing loud and proud. The joy, smiles, and sass we got to share on the court were incredible!

đŸ’¯ We're grateful to be a part of a vibrant wellness ecosystem filled with other passionate, purpose-filled fitness professionals. Together, we keep our city moving, fit, and thriving.
