Y’all, FINALLY!!!!!! I finally feel comfortable sharing this! I shared (I don’t even remember exactly when) deeply exciting news that I was investing in a laser engraver with my mentors. I deleted that post because nearly every hiccup or delay that could happen has happened. An Italian company built a hybrid machine specifically if us…first of its kind (about a 3 month process)…perhaps this time last year ?? You can imagine the shipping nightmare possible during a pandemic and staffing shortages…it got lost, yet ultimately showed up damaged/DOA. They built us a new one…we waited anxiously. It got lost in shipping 🤯….how do you lose a 250 lb piece of machinery twice?! They started building us a third (can you believe it!) when the damn thing was finally tracked down. The new machine didn’t arrive without glitches to sort out, but so far we’ve been able to address them with the help of the production and distribution teams. THEN we just had to learn how to use it. 🥴 It’s been a process, but I’ve learned so so much. Still much to learn, but I feel far less threatened by this thing, and the successes are starting to outweigh everything else. I wouldn’t even have this growth opportunity without and .net_ …eternally grateful for you two! Thank you for believing in me and sharing this journey with me. 💛 And , thank you. Thank you for the monumental role you’ve played in this whole thing….emotional support, muscle, time. Half of this is Ai which is an art in itself and one you’ve so patiently and graciously helped with. I love you so much. Exciting things on the horizon!
