Ron Philbeck's workshop is just one month away and we still have a few spots available. Here is the link to his workshop June 15-19 2026. The image below is Ron's teapot. Well, all I can say is I love Tina Curry so much. When she and her assistant Mel come and do workshops at The Village Potters it is always an exceptional event and every student is successful.
She is a remarkable sculptor and an amazing instructor. This workshop is full so watch for 2027 cause we will have her again.

The Cone six glaze workshop is going on right now with John Britt. The truth is this workshop is appropriate no matter what temperature you fired to. I recommend you buy both his books the Cone six and the Cone 10 book. They’re great recipes in there. We love John and and we try to host him every year. We missed a few years due to the flood, but he is back and we are excited if you’re interested in studying with John Britt stay tuned cause we will book him again in 2027 if we can get him.

I just heard Laurie Caffery’s house and studio burnt down.  There is no words for this degree of loss. Please help if you can. Our community is so wonderful. She makes wonderful pots and has a beautiful family. Let’s all pull together and help them come back from this disaster. This has been a difficult season and It truly takes a village ❤️❤️❤️
