Carolina Dance and Gymnastics, LLC is a recreational boutique studio located in the heart of downtown Asheboro and Siler City, NC. We believe in bringing quality classes to our families and communities by creating a positive environment for girls to excel. We believe in allowing children to be children through age appropriate play while learning the basics of dance and/or gymnastics. Our program p

rimarily focuses on girls ages 2-12. We have a fantastic mentoring program for our teens where they inspire and mentor our younger students, while learning valuable skills through an apprenticeship. Our mission is to inspire girls to dream big, believe in themselves, and discover confidence so that they may inspire others to do the same.

There’s something so special about watching a little girl walk into dance or gymnastics class a little shy… and slowly become the girl who stands a little taller, smiles a little bigger, and believes in herself a little more. 🩰🤸‍♀️💕

Every new step, every skill she masters, every time she gets back up and tries again — she’s learning something far more important than dance or gymnastics.

We’re going to introduce you to our staff virtually as well.

Meet Emilee! She’s a gymnastics coach and you’ll see her at our special events and gymnastics clinics! She has been part of the studio since it opened in 2019 as a student, mentor and coach!

Emilee is our resident baker, always spoiling us with macarons! She’s attempted to teach us how to baked with sourdough and we love when she’s in baking moods. She’s taking a step back from regularly teaching this year, but is excited to step in to sub and as the queen of conditioning, the students love to see her coming!

Meet Daisy! She’s our lead dance teacher and is over our Dance Mentor program. She has been with the studio since it opened in 2013 as a student, mentor, dance teacher and front desk!

Daisy has participated in mock trial for 7 years. She is looking forward to meeting everyone and starting the new year!

Meet Kendall! She’s our gymnastics coach in Siler City and teaches lyrical and Creative Movement Dance in Asheboro. This is her 2nd season in our studio family!

Fun fact, Kendall has a twin sister and she is a clogger! She is super excited to meet all the new faces and to watch her students grow in confidence and advance in their skills!

Meet Hannah! She’s our Operations Director, Special Events Coordinator and co-coach of our Carolina Pearls Pom Team. You can find her both studios . She has been part of the studio since it 2017!

Hannah shocked her whole family when she decided to move start a farm with her husband! They have goats, cows, chickens and a pig!! Her favorite thing about the studio is getting to know our families. Getting to know the girls and seeing their excitement is the absolute best. Recital day is one of her favorite days of the year!

Meet Kaedynn! She’s a gymnastics coach and you’ll find her at the Asheboro studio often. She has been part of the studio since 2019 as a student, mentor and coach!

Kaedynn loves to tumble and is a cheerleader for her school! She is a type 1 diabetic and loves staying active. She loves getting to see her students have fun while they learn and can't wait to meet her new kids!!

💕 Give them a place to grow, a reason to smile, and friendships to last. 🩰🤸‍♀️

There’s so much more to organized dance and gymnastics than learning a routine or mastering a new skill. It’s giving your child a place to belong. 🤍

It’s the friendships made while stretching together, the giggles between practices, the high-fives after finally landing that skill, and the memories they’ll carry with them long after class is over. ✨

Dance and gymnastics help children build confidence, discipline, teamwork, coordination, perseverance, and independence — but they also teach them how to encourage others, work together, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
And sometimes, the little girl who walks into class holding Mom’s hand becomes the confident girl who walks out surrounded by her very best friends. 🌸

At Carolina Dance & Gymnastics, we believe childhood should be filled with movement, laughter, friendship, encouragement, and plenty of reasons to be proud of yourself. 💗

We’re going to introduce you to our staff virtually as well.

Meet Raelynn! She’s our lead gymnastics coach, co-coach of our Carolina Pearls Pom Team, is over our gymnastics mentors and assists with the planning of all specialty events! You’ll find her at the Asheboro studio! She has been part of the studio since 2019!

When she’s not at the studio you can find Raelynn on her farm with her family! She’s loves sharing her passion for both homesteading and gymnastics with her girls. She’s looking forward to watching her students continue to progress and hit their goals and loves to get to connect with our studio families!
