Tip of my hat to the entire NJ local scene. You guys took something that has been DEAD for a long time and breathed the life back into it. Last night was incredible, if you weren't there I seriously just feel bad for you; it was magical. Everyone.
Save Face, you guys got us all going. Not a lot of bands that are first on the bill rise to the occasion but you guys definitely set the proper tone.
North Runner, coming all the way down from NY last minute, couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to working/playing with you in the future.
The Stolen, first time working with you guys and certainly won't be the last. Energy for days.
On Your Marks, the only thing all of my friends were saying last night is how far you've come as a band. It goes without saying that you did a great job but most bands remain stagnant. You guys have an unbelievable determination to keep improving. What I saw last night was inspiring. But I swear to god if you tease me with GJ again I'm going to murder one of you.
Batten Down The Hatches. Nuff said.
Cross Town FU***NG Train. THAT'S how you have a fu***ng CD show guys!! From the sing-a-longs to Dad playing bass to the sheer passion you guys have for what you do, the love and support of your friends and family comes as no surprise. Very excited to see what you guys do next.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY, the audience. A lot of you guys were thanking me last night but the truth is, I deserve nothing. Coming full circle on this ridiculously long post, you guys have created something very special. One day when you're not quite as young you're going to realize how special it is. These are the best times of your life and you need to personally thank all the photographers for documenting such historic nights. If I can promise you one thing, it's that we will have many more.
I got so much love for you all, truly. Thank you for an incredible evening. -Tony
