I eat about four times a day, in a work day, from breakfast about an hour after I arrive at work, to the nutrition snacks I have throughout the day. After my breakfast sandwich, I have a muffin about a few hours later, whenever hunger sets in. But it’s not until I eat my cookie or bar that I truly feel satisfied and well nourished.
