This class includes the elements of a standard GYROKINESIS® format, but with an emphasis on expanding the participant’s awareness of the cervical spine.
Some exercises will release the head/neck and others will strengthen this area. The majority of the exercises will involve integrating the cervical spine into the movements.

BodySpan is thrilled to welcome back SMT Clyde Rae Jolie-Ashe this September!
She will teach the GYROTONER® Program 2 and Yoga Narada®.

Yoga Narada® is a movement class that flows through seated, standing, and lying sequences with the intention to activate and stimulate the nervous system through breathwork and sensory awareness of the physical body. The result is a restorative experience, deeper connection between the mind and body, and harmony between external surroundings and the inner self.
