We’d like to update everyone on the ticket status following last week’s canceled concert.

While tickets were sold with the understanding that the concert was an outdoor event and typically non-refundable, we recognize that these are challenging times for many. In light of this, the board has decided to issue refunds for all tickets purchased through our Etix site. If your tickets were bought through a third-party vendor (such as Vivid Seats, Event Tickets, or others), please contact them directly for refund assistance, as we are not involved in those transactions.

If you purchased your ticket through our Etix site, your refund will be processed automatically—no action is required. Refunds will be credited to the card used for your original purchase within 7–10 business days. The process is already underway.

We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you to the fair in 2027!

That’s a wrap on another incredible Moultrie-Douglas County Fair! ❤️🎡

As the carnival pulls out and the stage comes down, the barns are empty and the vendors settled at home, we look back on the week with hearts are full of gratitude.

To every exhibitor, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, entertainer, carnival worker, judge, superintendent, committee member, first responder, parking volunteer, and fairgoer, thank you.

We are also deeply grateful to our sponsors and partners whose support helps keep our fair going.

Most importantly, thank you to our community for coming out to the MoDo!!!

We’re already looking forward to next year. Until then, thank you for helping make this year’s fair one to remember.

See you at The MoDo in 2027! 🌽🎠🎶❤️

Due to the persistent rain, we regret to announce that tonight’s concert has been canceled.

We know many of you traveled far to join us in Arthur for what was meant to be a memorable night of music, and we deeply appreciate your support. We share your disappointment and want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this event possible.

We will share more details soon, so please stay tuned to our social media pages for updates. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
