Hi I'm Brittany Schnapp, the owner of High on the Hog Custom Meats. We are the closest USDA inspected slaughter to fully cooked processing facility to St. Louis! I thought I would take a minute and introduce our family to you! My husband, Ben, is our plant operator/butcher and the guy who made all of my dreams of opening a farm to table butcher shop come true. We started this journey wanting to take a different approach to our health and the health of our community. We support our local farmers and bringing back healthy pasture raised meat sourced right here in Missouri! We have 3 beautiful children who have grown very fond of our new lifestyle. They are learning life skills hands on! Supporting us is supporting our local farmers! It's time to eat healthy by eating local! We can private pack and label commercially with your brand.
