‼️From here on out, I will be asking for pre-pay on all orders. I will leave the payment in whatever payment app you use and not withdraw until your order is made and you approve. That way everyone is still entitled to full refund if they don't approve of their order. I WILL NOT START YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID. I have tried to avoid this but have had a significant issue lately with people making orders, then ghosting me for weeks.

Also, I would like to add a reminder that all orders are to be picked up within 7 days of completion. I am going to start disposing of abandoned orders after the 7 day mark, and no refund will be issued for abandoned orders. The 7 day rule has been posted for a while now. I have always said it but couldn't make myself enforce it because I feel bad. But it will be enforced from here on out. ☺️

If we have had any communication issue or issue with payment/pickup in the past, you will be blocked from making any future orders.

I am always beyond fair to my customers and only ask for that same courtesy in return. You don't go eat at a restaurant, then pay 2 weeks later. You don't order from a bakery for friday, then pickup next month.

So today's takeaway:
*Pay when you place an order
*Order will not be started until you pay
*PICKUP WITHIN 7 DAYS of order completion
*Full and partial refunds offered if you dont approve of my work
*NO REFUND FOR ABANDONED ORDERS (left for more than 7 days or ghosting me)

*Disclaimer: Out off over 500 orders, I have never been asked for a refund, but it is always on the table if you need one ☺️ I have given partial refunds on my own ( not requested by buyer) if I got finished and thought it ended up being easier than predicted. But otherwise, that little clause has never been needed so far.

Love you all and thank you for all the support 🥰🥰🥰
