Armonk Center for Dance Inc. Armonk Dance Established in 1994 Armonk Dance has been growing and changing to meet the needs of dancers throughout Westchester County for 18 years.

Offering Dance Basics, Tap and Jump & Jive for pre-school ages
Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Modern and Acrobatics for ages 5 to adult, Beginner through Advanced. Performing Companies, Competition Companies, Summer Camp and Classes and Birthday Parties.

A beautiful look at the beginnings of modern dance!

Hanya Holm was a catalyst in America’s early modern dance scene, first ushering in her teacher Mary Wigman’s German expressionistic dance and later bringing modern dance concepts to Broadway choreography. Holm is known as one of the “Big Four” of modern dance along with Martha Graham, Doris Humphrey, and Charles Weidman.
