Went to Blake's first ever Garden & Craft fair over the weekend. Decided to make a little memorial for a lovely date out with my partner. It was a good cabin fever reliever because this winter was getting to me hard.

This winter has been a nasty one, particularly with the lack of sun. Now the skies are starting to appear more frequently and my spirit is rising up.

Sometimes you forget the beauty of a blue sky until its gone for 4 months and take for granted just how much we rely on the sun for our health.

Hi! 🤗

So I haven't posted in some time. You know, life and all.
Been working at a new place. Learning new art skills.
Reading new books. Making new friends.

Recently I tried a latch hook style kit that was a moss themed coaster. It was so fun, I got another. Had a blast with that and decided to try my hand at making something, with my mind as guidance.

The results is what is above. A hanging fibers art piece.
This took about 32 hours. I made many mistakes and have learned what I should do prior, during, and post.
