From the City of Arlington:

With the upcoming nice weather, we are likely to get questions on the splash pad opening. Preparation to open the splash pad starts well in advance of the actual opening. Currently the crew is preparing for the pre-opening inspection from the health department set for May 22nd.

Splash pad reopens in time for heat wave!

City crews have completed the splash pad maintenance and will be testing the splash pad operations Thursday morning. We are now planning to open the Haller Park Splash Pad on Thursday, June 24 at 11:00 am. We are asking the public to follow the WA State Phase 3 guidelines for splash pads, including social distancing from one another unless you are from the same household or fully vaccinated.

The Mayor and City Administrator have directed the opening, as hot weather is approaching and this recreational facility may provide some relief for our residents.

Totally worth the wait!

ARLINGTON – Arlington’s new Splash Pad opened in Haller Park over the Memorial Day weekend, and as the park’s frog mascot sculpture might say, the place was hopping.

In February of 2014 the Rotary Club of Arlington partnering with The City of Arlington and The Stillaguamish Tribe began the transformation of Haller Park. We are so proud and thankful that our community decided to take back this park. It has been a long process, but certainly worth the wait. The Splash pad is open daily from 11am-6pm
