Friends of the Splash Pad at Haller Park Friends of the Splash Pad are community members and business owners supporting the development of a splash pad in Arlington, WA at Haller Park.

The Rotary Club of Arlington has committed to build a splash pad at Haller Park. The splash pad will add a fun and safe play area for kids and families to enjoy alongside the Stillaguamish River and next to the playground that Rotary dedicated its 2013 Duck Dash to and opened in 2014. Rotary is looking for Friends of the Splash Pad
