ONE YEAR STRONG!💪

Our personal trainer Lisa and her client Debbie just celebrated their one-year training anniversary, and what a year it has been!

Debbie set a goal to deadlift 100 pounds and she didn’t just hit a one rep max.. she crushed 100 pounds for 5 reps!

A full year of consistency, hard work, and getting stronger paid off in a BIG way.

Congratulations, Debbie! We’re so proud of you and all the progress you’ve made! Shoutout to Lisa for supporting and challenging her every step of the way!
