The Arlington BBQ Burnout is gearing up for another incredible year, but we need some amazing volunteers to help make this year’s event a success! 🙌

There are multiple volunteer shifts available, and the best part? You choose how much you want to help!

Want to help for just one shift? Perfect!
Want to jump in for several? Even better! 🔥

We’ll have opportunities to help with:

➡️ Team Load-In — Help our BBQ teams get settled and ready to cook
➡️ Judging Support — Assist the judging team with turn-ins
➡️ Ice & T-Shirt Sales — Help keep everyone cool and looking good 😎
➡️ And other event needs throughout the weekend!

Whether you can give us a couple of hours or several shifts, we’d love to have you on the team.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, get involved in the community, experience the BBQ competition up close, and be part of something that’s going to be a LOT of fun!

The Arlington BBQ Burnout still has room for BBQ teams for the 30th Annual Burnout! Teams can compete in Whole Hog, Pulled Pork and/or Ribs!

We have limited 40x40 spots available, but more 30x30 spots. Trailers welcome with multiple power options.

There is also a Steak Cookoff Association competition going on at the same time that teams can also compete at!

The Carriage Crossing Cookout returns September 19,and we’re inviting backyard cooks to join the fun. A $100 registration fee gets you in the competition — just choose your protein and bring your best recipe to the grill.

The top competitor will receive an invitation to the Heartland Network’s “Barbecue Country” TV show AND a spot at the 2027 Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest in the Patio Porkers Division.

We’re excited to announce that Pork Bound & Down is RETURNING to the Arlington BBQ Burnout for the 30th Annual BBQ Burnout! 🎉🔥

They’ve got the trailer packed, the smokers ready, and hopefully enough room for all the pork they plan on putting on the pit! 😂🐷

The competition is going to be HOT, the smoke is going to be thick, and the pork is going to be… well, BOUND & DOWN! 😎🔥

We’re thrilled to have them back in the mix for another weekend of BBQ, competition, camaraderie, and plenty of smoke!
