ORDER DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS
All orders require a detailed description, photo, and/or image in order to complete Customer's product. PURCHASES
Payments can be made with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, America Express, and Discover) along with your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that PICamation Designs you have the legal right to use any credit card(s)
or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is legit, correct and complete. PICamation Designs reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. The Customer grants PICamation Designs permission via text, e-mail, or written agreement to display the original penciling, digital inking, and/or the Complete Product for promotional use only. Unless granted via text, e-mail, or written agreement, usage of the Customer's full name on any of the work for promotion is prohibited. Any reselling of the original penciling, digital inking, and/or finalized work is strictly prohibited by PICamation Designs and deemed liable if legal actions are taken. OWNERSHIP AND RETURN OF ARTWORK
Only the Complete Product is owned by the Customer. The original penciling, digital inking and/or the finalized documents shall remain with the PICamation Designs as backup or for promotional use only, unless otherwise stated. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The acknowledgment requirements are;
(a.) The Customer acknowledges the Complete Product was done by the PICamation Designs if inquired by others. Unless otherwise stated above, PICamation must acknowledge that the Complete Product is owned by the Customer company when self-promoting. LIABILITY/COPYRIGHT
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the PICamation Designs against any and all claims, liability, cost and expenses, including attorney fees, due to material in the artwork at the request of the Customer for which no copyright permission was granted. TERM AND CONDITION CHANGES
PICamation Designs reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service. SHIPPING INFORMATION
PICamation Designs currently ships to the United States and International. We are not always able to ship to a PO box or an APO, but we can try to accommodate your request. DIGITAL SHIPPING
Digital items will be shipped via e-mail as a PSD., PNG., PDF., or JEPG to your e-mail zipped with a password of your choosing, unless other methods of shipping are requested. SHIPPING
All shipping is FREE via USPS 2-3 Business Days within the United States. Next Day shipping within the United States - Flat Rate - $25
All International shipping - Flat Rate - $20
RETURN POLICY
All Products are non-refundable if:
(a.) Customer fails to respond to PICamation Designs’ second attempt via phone or e-mail for permission to commence work or further instruction, after 7 days from credit card purchase. Customer fails to respond after PICamation Designs’ second attempts via phone or e-mail to proceed with the 2nd or final stage of Product(s) completion, after 7 days from first attempt. Customer agrees to the Completed Product. (d.) Complete Product arrives intact. TAXES
Customers with billing addresses in the state of Arizona will be charged taxes on the purchase of physical items. CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation;
(a.) Cancellation after pencil and/or digital inking completion, 25% of fee owed to PICamation Designs by the Customer. Cancellation after full completion, 50% of fee owed to PICamation Designs by the Customer. If Client uses the Complete Product after cancellation, 100% of fee owed to PICamation Designs by the Customer and all terms stated in these conditions are effective. In the event of cancellation by PICamation Designs; 100% is refunded to the Customer.
