"Valley Fest was conceived from area leaders who wish to foster the growing Four Mile Run Valley as an active arts and community hub. Please help us celebrate this occasion on Sunday, Sept 29"

The SOL ROOTS band performs a mix of raw funk, energetic rock, deep blues, greasy soul & hypnotic grooves. Sol is a multi-instrumentalist & vocalist who has toured with many roots, funk, & blues legends around the world as a part of Music Maker R***e. Sol Roots was awarded "Best Blues Artist/Group" 2019 by The Wammies / The MusicianShip

CAZ GARDINER is a 2019 The Wammies nominee for "Best Soul Artist/Group", and grew up listening to jazz, Caribbean music, soul, blues, rock, & punk. Often compared to Tina Turner, Caz is a high energy performer who writes songs of overcoming struggles & celebrating life with a 60's soul pop sound that is as diverse and driving as she is.

Characterized by high energy & strong vocal harmonies, The 19th STREET BAND brings to the house a fusion of Americana, country & rock. Together they ignite an audience with their love for music, combined with a magnetic passion & enthusiasm.

From the beginning THE WALKAWAYS’ sound has been called “alt-country” (Washington Post, Washington City Paper, Washingtonian Magazine), & that description still fits pretty well. Their songs draw even more broadly, however, from Americana, folk, roots, country, indie, & classic rock.
