Sometimes all it takes is one small act of kindness to help a child keep dancing.

That’s why we’re so excited to launch the very first In Step Initiative Shoe Giveaway! 🤗🩰💕

Together with Candyland Dance Studio / Elevate the Company and Elite Stars Academy of the Arts, we’re providing TWO young dancers with a brand-new pair of dance shoes for the upcoming season.🥳🎉

If your dancer is registered with one of these participating studios, be sure to reach out to your studio owner for details on how to enter.

Because every child deserves the chance to step into the studio with confidence. 🩰✨

Winners will be announced Friday, August 21st!

This is just the first step. We can’t wait to see where the In Step Initiative takes us and the dancers we get to serve. 💛

One of my favorite parts of this journey is that I don’t have to pour into teams alone.

Huge thank you to one of Arkansas’ own for coming home after an incredible rookie season as an NBA dancer and still choosing to invest in a small program this summer. That kind of generosity matters more than people realize. Our athletes got to learn from someone who’s chasing her dreams at the highest level, and she never forgot where she started. 💛

Sometimes the greatest resource isn’t just another routine — it’s access to people, perspectives, and experiences that can elevate your athletes in ways you couldn’t create by yourself.

Good coaching is collaborative. And I’m grateful to have some amazing people in my corner who are willing to pour back into the next generation.🥰

So proud to have worked with you! Here’s to building stronger programs, together. 🥂🎉💪🏾 Brooklyn is an honorary member of the family for life!🫶🏾🤞🏾👑✨
