I went back in my IG story archives to see if I could find out exactly when I started doing dot mandalas, and I found the first thing I ever paint in July 2021! I remember I had been so sick but I was tired of just laying in bed so I got up long enough to do a little tutorial by Thoughtful Dots on this rock before going right back to sleep 🥺

Over the next week or so I’m gonna be posting little glimpses into my mandala-making timeline, because I actually ended up doing a super deep dive into my journey and it was so wild to be able to reflect on how important creating has become to me🥰

I finally got through cutting all of the PVC pipes for this project(a place to put all of my bottles of paint) but I’m at a pause because I can’t get the damn glue open 😭😭😭

Aw, Yay! The name change worked- this page is now called
“Make Space For Magic”, which is a mantra I’ve had in my head for the past 8.75 years🤓

It’s a place for me to post my art and express myself creatively in whatever way I feel guided to, getting curious about exploring different mediums and methods of things as often as possible- big steps or tiny ones.
It’s an experiment in BEING.
Being present, being open, being an alchemist. 🧚🏼‍♀️✨

I haven’t been on Facebook consistently in a couple years, but I feel strongly that the world is gonna need more reasons to smile now more than ever, alas I must create- it’s our duty as humans.
I’ll probably make one big post of my favorite mandalas that I’ve painted to kind of catch this page up to speed, and from there I’ll keep this page updated with my art like I do my instagram and other socials- I’m looking forward to getting to connect with the people who only stay on FB 🤗

I got to create a mala for a soul sister who I met at a workshop in Tampa almost two years ago! Wow, time flies. I remember we were encouraged to go up and hug randoms and I was just drawn to Sasha😭 ⁣
Witnessing her spiritual growth has been absolutely incredible, truly a gift- and I’m so honored to be able to contribute part of my heart to that journey. 🙏🏼⁣
She wanted deep reds and blues so this is comprised of lapis, garnet, sodalite, with some aquamarine sprinkled in. 💗
