The Brass Ring Center for the Performing Arts We offers classes to kids 5+. Classes include Broadway Kids, private voice, private lessons in musical instruments, music theory, and all styles of dance.

The Brass Ring has a 200-seat theatre, 3 dance studios, 3 private voice/instrumental studios, and a script/score library. The Brass Ring offers classes for children starting at the age of 5. Classes include Broadway Kids, private voice, private lessons in all musical instruments, music theory, acting classes, and all disciplines of dance. All classes are scheduled in the afternoon or evening, afte

r all public/private schools have concluded. The Brass Ring also provides a permanent home to Carousel Productions, Broadway Bound Academy of Dance, and The Jim and Ida Williams Summer Youth Theatre.

Our first audition day of the summer is tomorrow morning at 10:00. There will be one in July and one in August if you can’t make it tomorrow! Your kiddo just needs to be ready to sing about 30 seconds of any song they want with a karaoke track.

*Reminder…if your kid is already a part of BWK during the school year they do not need to audition. 😊

There are still a few tickets left for the shows on Saturday at 2:30 and 6:30. Get yours before those are gone too!

So incredibly proud of all of our students that participated in the Kelli O’Hara awards last night at The Civic Center. You all are so inspiring. Personal highlight…seeing the 4 of you finalists walk out on the stage waiting for the final two to be announced. Hand in hand. Supporting one another. Even in a setting where you’ve been forced to compete you let your love for each other shine through for the whole room to see. We love you all!

Mark your calendar! We are thrilled to announce AHS’s 2027 musical, Sister Act: A Divine Musical Comedy!

Auditions will be open to 9th-12th grade students in the 2026-2027 school year. Students planning to audition should prepare one minute of a song written in the 1970s.
