Fans deserve better. 🎟️

Today, and Fan Alliance launched the Fix The Tix Fan Action Center — a new resource that empowers fans to take action against deceptive ticketing practices, pursue refunds, contact policymakers, report fraud, and share their experiences.

The launch comes as NIVA identifies more than 6,000 deceptive ticketing URLs and websites that appear to impersonate artists, venues, festivals, and tours while directing consumers to secondary resale platforms.

For too long, fans have faced misleading listings, inflated prices, invalid tickets, and deceptive resale tactics. The Fan Action Center helps turn frustration into action while building momentum for meaningful ticketing reform.
