Sometimes you never truly appreciate things until they're gone...Clive Davis was exactly the definition of unassumingly under-appreciated, by the music public, who largely had no idea that he was probably the reason the song they were listening to was even on the radio. But that didn't really matter, he just did that thing he did until the end

Every musician owes him a debt that we can never repay, but we'll continue trying as we scrape our way through this beautiful, difficult, alluring world of music that we can never get away from!

It was our absolute pleasure to have Immortal Disfigurement back in the studio for a few days to solidify their set before embarking on a tour of Europe.

While they're some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet, the second the music starts, a flip switches and they're in a different zone. Then, one literally gets to connect to the intricate, precise, battering ram of explosiveness that announces their presence with shocking metallic authority! And by God, it's fu***ng amazing to see...

Wait And Bleed, the Slipknot tribute band stopped in for a show run through, and while this IS NOT a challenge to other bands, they were without a doubt the loudest band we've ever had in the studio. The band brought in a DJ workstation, drum set, and 2 full percussion rigs. The set up was mind boggling, and my favorite part was the singer on the couch resting up while all of this happened...And as a singer, I approve...lol
