As a small, mom-owned business, we’re always adjusting and figuring out what works best for our families, our community, and our own family life, too! There have been a few changes to our schedule, so Thursdays are going to look a little different at Main + Play.

✨ This Thursday, we’ll be open 4 PM–7 PM! ✨

And we’d love your input! If evening play hours are something you’d like to see at Main + Play, let us know! If there’s enough interest, we’d love to keep offering evening hours on Thursdays. 💕

We’ll also be sharing our new Fall + Winter hours very soon, so keep an eye out for that announcement! 🍂

A new month, a new season, and that familiar feeling of getting back into a routine. 📚✨
September is all about finding your rhythm again — school days, new schedules, busy mornings, and figuring out how to fit it all in.
And we think Main + Play belongs in that routine. 🤍
September will be our LAST month of summer hours.

We’re still amazed that families are traveling from outside our area — and even from other states — to come play, explore, and make memories at Main + Play. 🥹

One thing that has genuinely surprised and humbled me since opening Main + Play is how many families make the drive to come play with us.

We’ve had families travel from surrounding towns—and from coast to coast—to spend time at Main + Play. Every single time someone tells me, “We drove here just to come play,” it means more than they probably realize. 🥹

At the same time, I’ll be honest… one of the biggest challenges of owning a small business in a small town is getting the people who live right here to walk through the door.

Sometimes we stick with what we know. We have our usual routines, our usual places, our usual people, and trying something new can feel like a lot—especially when you’re not sure what to expect.

But that’s exactly why I created Main + Play.

I wanted to bring something a little different to our community. A place for kids to play, parents to connect, a place to meet new people, families to make memories, and our town to have something that maybe wasn’t here before. 🤍

So if you live locally and you’ve been thinking, “We really should check that place out…”

This is your sign. 😉

Something new has officially arrived at Main + Play… and we are SO excited to finally share it with you! 🤍

We are now carrying Hush & Holler, a children’s pajama brand formerly known as Little Dreamers Co. — and our very first little drop is officially here! 🎃🌙

When Hush & Holler reached out to us about becoming a retail space for their brand, we were honestly so humbled and incredibly excited to have the opportunity. 🥹🤍

To be trusted to bring this brand into our little corner of Arcade means so much, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with all of you!

Hush & Holler is co-owned by the incredibly sweet Tory Davis and Nicala Madden, and getting to work alongside these two has already been such a fun experience.

If you’re wondering why this collaboration feels extra special around here… 👀🏈

Not only is Nicala a talented business owner and the absolute sweetest human, but you may also know her as Josh Allen’s big sister. 💙❤️
