Been wanted to experience high energy and beast mode training, but have been worried you wouldn't be able to keep you with the child of Popeye the Sailor Man 💪🏽and the Energizer Bunny ⚡️?

Well you're in luck because she will be adding a Pole 1/2 class to her rotation. She'll be teaching every other Friday at 6:!5 PM. She also keep teaching Pole Choreo on 7:20 PM those days as well.

Pole Plus Intro to Pole 3 Week Series

Where you get the FULL package. Not only do you learn pole moves, but you review transitions in and put of those moves, complementary moves to create unique combos, and variations of many moves so you can take you dancing up or down a notch based on your personal preference.

So if you're ready to start or refresh your pole journey, join us for a three-week beginner-friendly led by all in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.

❗️NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CLASS:
🚫 Avoid lotions or oils for at least 12 hours before class—these can make it difficult to grip the pole.

🩳 Wear shorts (above-the-knee) and a sports bra or tank top for optimal skin contact and movement.

💦 Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the class.

🥳Come with an open mind and ready to have fun! No prior experience needed.

Been playing "Where's Waldo?" trying to find on our schedule? Well you need look no further because she has finally found her way back home!

Join her every other Friday, starting this week, for Pole 1/2 at 6:15 and Pole Choreo at 7:20 PM. This will be the first time, in a while, that she has a dedicated class with our newer to pole friends and she'll be bringing back her signature, always enjoyable, choreo.

Well its your lucky day because is adding a Seductive Stretch and Pole All Levels class to our Tuesday line up, which will be exclusively her day for the next quarter! She will also be taking over teaching Sassy Seat during that time.
