🚨 INSPIRING INSTRUCTOR ALERT 🚨
Hello! My name is Cadence Grissom, or you might know me as KK! I am thrilled to be a part of the Inspire staff this season!

I have been dancing since the age 4! I was a member of the Arab Junior High Danceline, and this year will be my fourth year as an Arab Cheerleader! I have been competing in dance competitions since I was 5 years old, and I have been on a competition cheer team for the past two years.

Throughout my years of dancing, I have had the opportunity to learn many different styles, including jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, and pointe. My favorite style is contemporary because it allows me to express my emotions and truly connect with the music.

Dance has always been my passion, and I am so excited to pour into all the sweet dancers I have the pleasure of teaching this season! I can't wait to meet everyone. See you soon! 🤸🤸

🚨 INSPIRING INSTRUCTOR ALERT 🚨
Hi, my name is Alaina Ladner. I was born and raised in Albertville. I have been married to my husband, Drew for 22 years and we have 5 children - including my one and only daughter who is on the competition team here at Inspire.

I fell in love with dance at the age of 5, under the instruction of Bobbi Dale Rowe. In high school I was a member of the Southern Stars Danceline and Albertville Centerstage Show Choir. I continued dancing through college and taught for 6 years before getting married, starting a family, and following my Marine around the globe.

Even though I was away from the studio, I still found ways to keep dance a part of my life through ballroom dance clubs in Hawaii, choreographing children’s musicals at our church in Florida, attending dance fit classes at the gym and participating in community theatre.

I am so honored to be stepping back into the studio this year working with our mini competition team and teaching creative movement. Dance has a way of becoming a part of who you are, and it’s a love that stays with you for a lifetime!

I’m looking forward to an amazing season of JOY!
