Green Apple Folk Music Society Green Apple's monthly events provide performance and listening opportunities for musicians and music-enthusiasts alike!

Green Apple welcomes local, regional, and national acts to the stage in a fun, friendly, and entertaining atmosphere. Our main activities are concerts and hoots (open mic night by appointment) providing opportunities for people to listen to music and to play together. Our ideas about folk music are very broad. We include acoustic styles such as bluegrass, blues, country, Celtic, folk, gospel, old-

timey, and singer-songwriter. You won't find a more supportive group of music-makers. Some regulars are professional, others are beginners, and many of us don't play at all but just enjoy the music!

From Dean: Attention all ye Green Apple Folk Music Society friends & members! ANOTHER GREEN APPLE JAM!!
Our next musical program will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 @ the Fox Valley Muzzle Loaders land, E8450 Seefeld Road off Cty X south of New London.
Same location as last year with a fur trade period reenactment encampment that you also may like to come visit.
Outdoors around a campfire or indoors out of the weather, either way it is a ton of fun. Bring your instrument(s) & join in on the fun & friendship of another Green Apple event.

The Green Apple Folk Music concert with Katie Dahl @ Mosquito Hill N.C. this Saturday April 25, 2026 has been officially postponed to a later date due to the flood conditions & road closures.
