We are A multifaceted Therapeutic Artistic Studio utilizing Advocacy, Photography, Modeling, Set Design, Networking, and more to Inspire Healing through Authenticity, Confidence, Empowerment, Life Story, and Therapeutic Art Coaching.

This issue is dedicated to q***r resilience, authenticity, creativity, mutual aid, identity, survival, joy, softness, rage, becoming, and the beautiful act of continuing to exist as yourself.

This issue is for the people still creating, loving, surviving, building community, and with the courage to show up for each other anyways.

Because existing authentically is still an art form.

Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we stand beside every LGBTQIA+ soul who has ever been told they were “too much,” “not enough,” or unsafe to exist as themselves.

At Meraki Tribe, we believe authenticity is not something to apologize for.
It is something sacred.

Art has always been a refuge for the unheard.
Community has always been resistance against isolation.
Visibility has always mattered.

To our LGBTQIA+ artists, models, creators, survivors, dreamers, and community members:

You deserve spaces where you are safe.
You deserve to create without fear.
You deserve to be seen without shrinking yourself.
You deserve community without conditions.

Meraki Tribe was built on the belief that empowerment, artistry, healing, and humanity belong to everyone.

Today is not just about awareness.
It is about protection.
It is about solidarity.
It is about refusing to let fear silence people into invisibility.

We will continue to uplift voices.
We will continue creating spaces for authenticity.
We will continue choosing compassion over cruelty, connection over division, and courage over silence.

We’re honored to be part of the upcoming Grassroots Uprising Mutual Aid Market hosted by Common Roots Rising — a growing community effort centered around mutual aid, collaboration, and caring for one another. 💚

On Saturday, May 23rd from 10 AM – Noon at Opera House Square in Oshkosh, Meraki Tribe will be joining local organizations, mutual aid groups, and community builders to help connect people with resources, support, and opportunities to give back.

We’ll be bringing:
✨ Items from our Client Closet for the Clothing Swap
✨ Information about Meraki Tribe’s FREE Community Edition Magazine
✨ Opportunities to connect with our creative and community-focused projects
✨ A welcoming space to talk about artistry, healing, advocacy, and mutual support

This event is about neighbors helping neighbors. No gatekeeping. No qualifications. Just community coming together to share resources, uplift one another, and remind people they are not alone. 💚

If you’ve been curious about:
• Mutual aid
• Local community resources
• Volunteering or collaboration
• Sustainable swapping instead of shopping
