I couldn't wait to share this newest illustration from Cryptid Creek.

The feather details are beautiful on their own, but Leslie's lightning effect completely transformed the piece. It gives the whole wing so much energy that you can almost hear the storm rolling in.

Every time a new illustration arrives, it makes the game feel a little more real, and it's been exciting to watch everything come together.

We're still on schedule for both the Print & Play and physical editions, and I'm looking forward to sharing more behind-the-scenes updates as we get closer.

Thanks again for following along and supporting Cryptid Creek. It's been a fun journey to share with all of you.

I wanted to share one of the newest illustrations for Cryptid Creek because it immediately caught my attention.

Those eyes peeking through the ribcage are just creepy enough to make you stop and stare. It's exactly the kind of mysterious "discovery" I imagined when putting this game together.

One of the best parts of this project has been seeing Leslie bring these cryptid artifacts to life. Every new illustration adds a little more personality to the world we're creating.

The good news is that everything is still on track for both the Print & Play and physical editions.

Thank you for being part of this adventure with me. Your support means so much, and I can't wait to get Cryptid Creek into your hands.

Thanks to our amazing backers, Cryptid Creek: Build a Legend funded in just 4 hours! To celebrate, everyone who backs the campaign automatically receives TWO bonus specimen cards featuring the Kappa, a Japanese water cryptid with a fascinating legend.
