Well, here we are - Tuesday already! And thankfully, it’s a short week thanks to the Labor Day holiday. 😀

I don’t know about you, but I think knowing Friday is coming a little sooner makes getting back into the routine a whole lot easier!

So let’s ease into this week, get a few things accomplished, and enjoy knowing we have a three-day weekend behind us and another weekend getting closer.

I hope you’re enjoying this long weekend, whether you’re spending it with family and friends, getting out and about, or simply enjoying a quiet day at home.

Today is a good reminder to slow down, take a breath, and appreciate the people who work hard every day to keep our families, communities, and country moving forward.

I was at Giant Eagle getting groceries and I remembered that today, September 5th, is National Cheese Pizza Day! So I picked up two of these DiGiorno Four Cheese pizzas on sale for $8!!

I noticed on the front it said 'try it in your Air Fryer'. I have heated up pizza in my air fryer but I've never actually cooked it there. I like to do mine in a preheated oven on my hot stone so the crust is crisp and the cheeses are melted through. I added some oregano and some sharp cheddar cheese. Dinner will be ready in 20 minutes! 😋🧀

Hello Thursday! ☀️

Yesterday got up to 96° here, and I have to admit, I was surprised! And with the humidity, it definitely felt like summer was making one last big statement.

Today we’re supposed to be back in the upper 80s. I only have a few errands to run, and then the rest of the day is MINE!

I have a few things that have been patiently waiting for my attention, so today seems like the perfect day to catch up. It will be too hot and humid outside today! Of course, whether I actually get all of them done is another story.
