To our friends, neighbors, and visitors,

We sincerely apologize that we will not have a beer garden at this year’s Apache 125th Native/Settler Celebration.

We know many of you were looking forward to gathering with family and friends and enjoying that part of the celebration. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control prevented us from making it happen this year.

Our volunteers and organizers have worked tirelessly to create a safe, welcoming, and memorable celebration for everyone. While we’re disappointed that we couldn’t offer every planned attraction, we’re incredibly proud of everything else this weekend has to offer.

We invite everyone to come out and celebrate Apache’s 125 years of history, community, and resilience. Enjoy the live music, great food, family activities, tournaments, the 5K, poker run and the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new memories.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for helping make this milestone celebration something special. We look forward to celebrating with you on August 7–8.

Our backyard silhouette reminds us its summer and it is hot outside. Get yourself comfortable with the heat. Comfortably enough to be thankful for the heat. When you do that it proves we have a lot to be thankful for. Thankful for a beautiful park with big trees that provide the setting for a birthday celebration for the emarald of the prairie( Apache, OK). We celebrate Aug. 7-8, 2026.

Happy 125th Birthday to the City of Lawton!
