This 4-part class for adults isn’t about fine art techniques or strict rules—it is about the soothing, sensory process of making marks, building layers, and being entirely present in the moment. Over four weeks, you will explore how tearing paper, blending paint, and intuitive sketching can become a profound form of personal meditation and emotional release.
