CCS Paintball Acquires Ninja Paintball; Renatus Group Named Exclusive Distributor
[Antioch, IL] – May 15, 2025 — CCS Paintball, a private equity fund, is proud to announce the acquisition of Ninja Paintball, one of the most respected manufacturers of air systems and accessories in the global paintball market. As part of this strategic acquisition, Renatus Group has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of all Ninja Paintball products.
This move kicks off CCS Paintball’s entry into the industry and ensures the continued legacy of Ninja Paintball’s commitment to performance, innovation, and quality—now backed by expanded resources and vision. For over a decade, Ninja Paintball has built a reputation for excellence with products proudly made in the USA. Maintaining U.S.-based manufacturing will continue to be a core priority under the new ownership.
In conjunction with the acquisition, CCS Paintball has partnered with Renatus Group to exclusively manage the distribution, service, and support of Ninja Paintball’s ongoing product line across all markets.
Renatus Group will immediately begin handling all wholesale and retail distribution for Ninja Paintball. Existing customers and new partners can expect uninterrupted service and enhanced support through Renatus’s dedicated distribution channels.
