The primary objectives and purposes are:

a) to give public performances in creative dramatics
b) to provide instruction in theatre arts such as acting, stage craft ( eg. scenic design and set construction), stage lighting, character make up and stage and stage-property ( props) management;

c) to provide instruction in theatre arts development

d) to provide instruction in body movement

and voice development such as dance, stage direction, diction, enunciation and voice projection;

e) to sponsor special events involving public performance of any or all of the above art forms as well as other performing arts by the corporation’s production company as well as by other community performing arts groups; and

Our Story

If you would like to dedicate time, energy and creativity to the arts, The Drama Factory is for you. We accept youth through adult participants and expect discipline from each and every member. We do not charge a fee to participate in any of our productions. All work is done on a volunteer basis, funding is through grants and audience attendance.

The primary objectives and purposes are to give public performances in creative dramatics , to provide instruction in theatre arts such as acting, stage craft ( eg. scenic design and set construction), stage lighting, character make up and stage and stage-property ( props) management, to provide instruction in body movement and voice development such as dance, stage direction, diction, enunciation and voice projection. We will sponsor special events involving public performance of any or all of the above art forms as well as other performing arts by the corporation’s production company as well as by other community performing arts groups and we are formed to directly engage in and provide facilities and opportunities for others to engage in the promotion of the arts.
