Yesterday Cheaha Creative Arts held it's first full day of lessons/classes for it's Saturday arts program. Enrollment this year has more than doubled with 52 students taking visual art classes, violin, piano, guitar or voice lessons. Next week 14 students will start weekly pottery sessions. And later this month art/clay classes will begin for 24 homeschool students. Participants from all programs range in age from 5 years old to 73. Increased participation would not be possible without the generosity of St. Michael & All Angels and their sharing of Cheaha Creative Arts' Mission of providing arts education to all. The congregation of St. Michael & All Angels has welcomed the students of Cheaha Creative Arts with open arms and given them the space needed to create, explore and immerse themselves in the magic the arts can provide. Thank you St. Michael & All Angels. We are forever grateful.
