TRUST YOUR PROCESS. TRUST GOD’S TIMING.
Life has a way of putting everything in its place. The good you do, the struggles you overcome, and even the wrong others may do to you—time eventually reveals everything.
If you have plans, dreams, or projects and they are not working out the way you expected, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are failing. Maybe your moment simply hasn’t arrived yet.
Don’t expect anything from anyone. Do things because they come from your heart, not because you expect something in return. Some people may misunderstand your kindness. Some may even think you are foolish or try to take advantage of it. Let time and God reveal people’s true intentions. Protect your peace and keep moving forward.
As artists, we spend so much time trying to improve our work that sometimes we forget to take care of the person behind the art. Protect your mental stability. Protect your peace. Keep learning. Keep creating.
Not everything will happen exactly when or how you want it to happen. Sometimes falling is part of becoming the person you need to be for the next chapter of your life. God can use difficult seasons to shape your character, your discipline, your attitude, and your purpose.
And when you see another artist succeeding, don’t compare your chapter to theirs. You don’t know how many times they failed, how many nights they questioned themselves, or how much they sacrificed before people finally noticed their work.
What separates many successful people from the rest is not that they never failed.
They simply refused to stop believing in themselves.
So keep working. Keep improving. Stay humble. Don’t envy anyone. Don’t wish failure on anyone. Celebrate other artists while building your own path.
Your time can come too.
Believe in your work. Believe in your process. Protect your peace. And above all, trust God’s timing. 🙏🏽
