Yes, it's March indeed... and yes, I'm still saying happy new year LOL!

• I hope you ALL are doing superbly well and taking care of yourselves.

•I'm Angelica... Founder & Owner of Dance Again, LLC

• Dancing is my passion! My Associate Degree is in dance. And my Bachelor Degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies, with Dance being one of my disciplines 🤗🤗

•I'm a licensed Zumba Instructor

•Prior to the Pandemic I taught for DC Parks and Recreation, LA Fitness, and Curves religiously 😂💜

• And next month Dance Again will OFFICIALLY BE TWO YEARS OLD! I'm so so excited! 🙌🏽🙏🏾

I hope you all are doing fantastically well! I also hope you all are masking up and taking care of yourselves. If you decide to attend a traditional/ private gym, exercise in a park, or stream your workouts online, please remember to protect yourselves and others.

Our Friends and Family Day is this Saturday June 12th. This will be a !FREE! Power Hour Class which will be a 90 minute format. If you are a current client, you are welcome to invite anyone that would like to attend this virtual class (no limits on guests). Squat and squeeze, one more, last one! Good morning? Have you gotten your work out in yet? If not you should. And not because and are upon us, and bathing suit season is around the corner.... Your health is worth it. YOU are worthy of it. Whether it's an hour or ten minutes, all movement is worthy of your body, mind and spirit. The benefits of dancing, running, walking, squatting, etc. are many. Choose one and go be great!

A lesson on being present- I've been reminding myself for about a year or two now to BE PRESENT and enjoy every state I'm in. We are all constantly striving for the next best thing and trying to reach these ideal images, that sometimes we don't stop to acknowledge where we are and how great it is! This photo is a prime example of me NOT fully embracing the state I was in. I knew I was dropping weight and taking really good care of myself, and even liked this picture. BUT, I kept thinking I'm not there yet! NOW, I look at this photo and say how and when can I get back to this?! 😍 And why was I trying to get even smaller? This was Circa Summer 2019. I was vegan, teaching 6x a week (with a 9-5), had insane energy, and skin was glowing!!
Whaaaat 😯😟 why wasn't this good enough for me then?! I understand growing and leveling up, but MAAAN sometimes you just have to appreciate where you are and TELL your body THANK YOU!! So I'm doing more of that now... And I hope you do the same.
