Proud moment for the Naptown Events team 🇺🇸🏃‍♂️

We’re honored to announce that Naptown Events, LLC has been awarded the prime contract for Event and Infrastructure Management for the Marine Corps Marathon and its full race series, under a Base plus four option-year award through Marine Corps Community Services.

This is a milestone contract for our company and a responsibility we take incredibly seriously. With the Marine Corps 17.75 just five weeks away, we’re already hitting the ground running—focused, disciplined, and ready to deliver.

As our President shared:

“Naptown Events has been preparing for this award since our founding in 2014. As a Marine led company, we are extremely proud to have put in the work to prepare for and win this award. Partnering with the Marine Corps Marathon Organization to support this world class, globally recognized event in the National Capital Region is the highest honor. We have three races prior to the Marathon that we need to execute flawlessly on and will. Semper Fi!”
— John O'Leary, President, Naptown Events

Deep gratitude to Marine Corps Community Services and the Marine Corps Marathon Organization for the trust and partnership. And immense respect for our team and partners who have built the capabilities, discipline, and culture to earn this opportunity.

Now it’s time to execute. 💪
