We work mainly by appointment but also try to accommodate walk-ins when possible. We provide a sterile, clean environment and offer all of our customers our full attention. No egos, just clean quality work! Lucky Bird also host regular Guest Artist appearances from some of the best in the industry, giving our customers even more options for beautiful, custom work.

We’re excited to welcome Michelle (Michelle Carlton) back to Lucky Bird Tattoo, all the way from Australia’s Gold Coast!

Michelle will be joining us September 29 – October 21. She is known for her striking black & grey work, blending flowing ornamental elements, powerful feminine imagery, botanicals, animals, and dark illustrative designs into bold, custom compositions.

Her work has been featured internationally, including on the cover of Tattoo Life magazine, and we’re thrilled to have her back in the studio.

Michelle will be handling her own bookings during her stay. If you’d like to get tattooed, please contact her directly through Michelle Carlton to inquire about availability.

Join us on Saturday, August 15 as we celebrate the 50th season of the Maryland Renaissance Festival with a day of medieval, folklore, fantasy, and Renaissance-inspired tattoo flash.

First come, first served. No appointments.

Flash designs will be revealed on event day, with a few sneak peeks shared beforehand.
