Whether you’re new to skateboarding or looking to improve your skills, this class is a fantastic way to spend your Saturday morning. Beginner-Friendly: Never skated before? This class is designed for beginner to get a feel for skateboarding in a supportive environment. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed flat sole shoes. Helmets are required and protective gear is recommended. Gear and skateboard can be provided if needed. Don’t miss out on this chance to learn and enjoy a great morning at the park!🛹

A year ago today I opened up a skate shop, something I’ve always wanted to do. I spent 32 years of my life working for other people until 2020 when everything changed. I started a side hustle making fingerboards and the homie at (my local) took a shot at selling shop branded fingerboards I made in my spare time. Then I went to all the skate shops in Maryland/DC and got accounts with .surf.skate.shop and then it went national. I can’t believe something so small has made one of the biggest impacts in my life. Here’s to many more years of Roll Around Workshop! 🍻
